Most of Coral Springs went up between the seventies and the nineties, under rules that still decide what you can change and how it has to look. We remodel inside those rules, with one in-house crew and the paperwork handled.
What we do

Multi-room and whole-house projects, phased so you always know what happens next.

Cabinets, countertops, backsplash and the electrical behind them, by one crew.

Walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions and waterproofing that lasts.

Tile, hardwood and LVP throughout, plus interior and exterior painting.

Opening up the closed floor plans these houses were built with.

New openings framed and finished, including impact doors and sliders.
Why NJL
Most requested
The kitchens in these houses were designed closed off, with a wall between the cook and everyone else. Most of what we do here is opening that up: taking down the divider, moving the sink run, and rebuilding around a real island. We handle cabinets, countertops, tile and the electrical in the same crew, so the sequence is planned before demolition instead of discovered during it. See what a full kitchen project involves on our kitchen remodeling page.
Bathrooms from this era share one weakness: whatever waterproofing they got is forty years old. We strip back to the substrate, run a proper membrane on the shower floor and up the walls, and tile over that — which is the difference between a shower that lasts and a stain on the ceiling below in two years. Walk-in conversions, vanities, layout changes and full primary suites. More detail on our bathroom remodeling page.
Budget
There is no honest flat price for a remodel, and anyone who gives you one over the phone is guessing. Four things move the number more than anything else:
We walk the house, write the scope phase by phase, and put a real number next to each phase — so you can cut a phase instead of cutting corners. Our guides on what it costs to remodel a house and how long a remodel takes are a good place to start.
Simple process
We walk the house and talk through what you actually want changed.
Full scope, materials and price, phase by phase, on paper.
One crew, a clear schedule, trades coordinated in-house.
We finish when you say it is finished, not before.
