We walk the space
Usually within a few days. We measure, look at what is behind the walls where we can, and talk through what you actually want changed.
You get an itemized proposal
Scope, materials and price, phase by phase, on paper. No deposit to get one. A phone quote of “around ten grand” tells you almost nothing.
You decide
If the project is not a fit for us, we say so on the visit instead of sending a padded number.
