Home Remodeling Hollywood FL, in Older Houses
A lot of Hollywood was built before anyone worried about open floor plans or modern electrical loads. Remodeling here is mostly undoing that — carefully, because these houses have good bones and bad wiring.

Kitchen Remodeling in Hollywood
The kitchen is where an older Hollywood house fights back. Behind the cabinets there is usually undersized electrical, a drain line older than the owner, and a wall that turns out to be carrying load. We check all three on the estimate visit, because finding them later is what turns a fixed price into a change order. Cabinets, counters, tile, plumbing and electrical by the same crew. More on our kitchen remodeling page.
Bathroom Remodeling in Hollywood
Original bathrooms in these houses were built small, tiled straight onto whatever was behind, and never waterproofed the way anyone would do it now. We strip back to the substrate, run a proper membrane, and rebuild — which is why our showers are not back on the punch list two years later. Walk-in conversions, vanities and full renovations. More on our bathroom remodeling page.
Budget
What Home Remodeling Hollywood FL Projects Cost
There is no honest flat price for a remodel, and anyone who gives you one over the phone is guessing. Four things move the number more than anything else:
We walk the house, write the scope phase by phase, and put a real number next to each phase — so you can cut a phase instead of cutting corners. Our guides on what it costs to remodel a house and kitchen remodel cost are a good place to start.
