Hardwood, tile and luxury vinyl floors installed over a properly prepared slab, with baseboards and trim finished by the same crew.
What we do

Solid and engineered wood floors, laid straight and tight over a flat, prepared base.

Sanding, repairs and new finish that bring older pine and oak floors back.

Porcelain and ceramic tile, including large-format marble-look slabs, set flat and even.

One continuous floor through foyer, living areas and halls, with clean transitions.

Stair treads, landings and floor openings finished to match the new floor.

New baseboards, shoe molding and casing so the floor finishes cleanly at every wall.
Why NJL
Budget
What you pay per square foot depends mostly on the material. These are typical 2026 installed prices, labor and material together (Cost to Renovate, New Flooring Cost, 2026):
In Broward, labor tends to sit toward the upper half of those ranges, and two things move a quote more than the flooring itself: how much the slab needs leveling, and whether old tile has to come up first. We check both at the free estimate and put them on the quote as their own lines.
Choosing a floor
Most South Florida homes sit on a concrete slab, and the air stays humid most of the year. That shapes which floor we recommend for each room:
We test the slab for moisture before any wood or vinyl goes down and let wood acclimate in the house first. Skipping those two steps is the most common reason a new floor cups or gaps in its first summer.
Simple process
We measure, check the slab and talk through materials.
Price per square foot, prep, removal and trim, itemized.
Old floor out, slab leveled, new floor in, rooms protected.
Baseboards and transitions finished, then a final walk with you.
Timeline
A single room is often finished in one to two days. A whole floor of a house usually runs about a week, longer when old tile has to be removed or the slab needs self-leveling compound and a day to cure. Wood also needs a few days to acclimate indoors before it goes down, which we schedule while prep is under way.
